- Profile Integration: You'll have a professional profile on our “Agent Marketplace” showcasing your local expertise and recent wins.
- Smart Matching: When a homeowner in your designated territory requests professional help or receives a high-intent offer, your profile is presented to them.
- Direct Connection: Once the homeowner selects you, you can assist them with discussions with potential buyers via the chat room.
- The Sale: You sign a standard agency agreement with the seller at the pre-negotiated MMM rate and bring the deal home. If the buyer is not established through the MMM platform your normal rate would apply.
