MakeMeMove is a platform that connects property owners with potential buyers by allowing owners to list their properties with a "MakeMeMove" price - the price at which they would be willing to sell their property, even if it's not actively on the market.

You are solely responsible for the content of your property listings. You agree not to post content that:

• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is defamatory, offensive, or illegal
• Violates privacy or publicity rights

4.3 "MakeMeMove" Price

The "MakeMeMove" price you set is an indication of your interest in selling at that price, but does not constitute a binding offer. All sales are subject to negotiation and formal agreement between parties.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Scrape, copy, or misuse our data
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Circumvent security features or restrictions
• Use automated tools to access the Service

6. Transactions

6.1 Platform Role

MakeMeMove is a platform that facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction and do not act as a real estate agent, broker, or intermediary.
