Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms regarding the Makememove (MMM) Partner Network:

1. Exclusivity & Vetting

MMM reserves the right to limit the number of Partner Agents in any given territory to ensure lead quality. Application does not guarantee acceptance into the network.

2. The 'MMM Rate' Guarantee

You agree to honor the discounted commission rate or flat fee disclosed in your application for any lead generated through the MMM platform. This rate must be clearly communicated to the homeowner before an agency agreement is signed.

3. Lead Integrity & Privacy

No Cold Contact: You may only contact a homeowner once a formal 'Connection Request' has been facilitated by the platform.
Data Usage: Homeowner data provided by MMM is for the sole purpose of facilitating a potential sale for that specific property and may not be added to general marketing databases without explicit consent.

4. Referral Disclosure

Agents acknowledge that MMM operates as a lead-generation platform. Any subsequent sale is a private contractual matter between the Agent and the Homeowner under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008.

Fee Structure (Platform)

Option A – No Fee: There is currently no cost for agents to join the network.
Option B – Success Fee: The agent agrees to pay a referral/marketing fee of [X amount or %] to MMM upon the successful unconditional sale of a property referred via the platform.
